About Bayside

Bayside Window Cleaning, Inc. was founded in August of 2008 by passing out flyers to residential homes and commercial properties. Through hard work and dedication Bayside grew rapidly which resulted in offering more services to the consumers. In August 2013, we added Bayside SOFTWASH that is now leading the industry in roof and exterior cleaning. When I started Bayside, I made it my mission to not only take great pride in my business, but most importantly, take even greater pride in excellent customer service. We get to know our customers and grow a professional relationship with them so they get the highest quality of work and look forward to a long dedicated future. - Larry Waldron, President

Window Cleaning

Since 2008, Bayside Window Cleaning, Inc. has done window cleaning on Residential, Commercial, High Rise and new construction homes. We meet the highest standards in the industry from training our employees on the proper steps to clean all types of glass to most importantly, safety. Our technicians are constantly training to keep up with the newest and safest products and can safely remove any type of debris from glass without harming the glass itself. We wear booties in all customer homes, all furniture and carpet protected by drop towels, we use foam pads to walk on tile roofs to assure that no roof tiles will be broken.

Softwash

Our three in one process cleans the surface, achieves a 100% kill of the fungal pests and leaves behind a spore block inhibitor to protect against further infestations. Best of all our Authorized Professionals and SoftWash Systems™ cover your roof treatment with a 5 Year Spot-Free Limited Warranty.

Rain Gutter Cleaning

Rain gutter cleaning is very important because leaves, dirt and other debris clog your rain gutters causing them to overflow with water when it rains. When overflow occurs, the rain gutters are holding so much weight that cause the gutters to sag in those areas and may need repairing. The best time to have your rain gutters cleaned is in Fall and Spring.

Hard Water Removal

Hard water or calcium, form on windows that are exposed to over-spray from sprinklers and water that is not immediately removed from the glass. The process can be time consuming depending on the amount of hard water and the degree of the problem.

Window Tinting

The film we use is from the leader in the industry and will reduce up to 99% of the harmful UV rays that can ruin the inside of your home, as well as cause a potential health risk. Not only will window film help prevent your valuable furnishings from becoming dull and faded, but it will also help protect your skin from the damaging effects of the sun. Window tint film will block solar heat and keep your home cool and comfortable. It will also reduce the level of annoying glare and reflections that enter your home. This means you can spend more time comfortably at your computer, watching television, or reading even when the sun is streaming into the room. The films we use are protected by CST scratch resistant hard coat and have a lifetime warranty from any fading or peeling.

Rust / Fertilizer / Battery Acid Removal

Professional rust removal is an art and a science. Each case of rust, fertilizer and orange battery staining is a little different. Rust removal on concrete is never a “spot application.” We restore your concrete, as well as the rust spot to ensure an even appearance and deep cleaning. Rust on concrete is one of the most difficult concrete stains to remove.

Construction Clean-Up

We have done hundreds of construction clean-ups not only on new custom residential properties but also commercial properties as well. We vacuum the entire home or commercial property, take out all drawers to clean underneath, wipe down all walls, cabinets, appliances, mirrors, light fixtures, moldings, hardware, pressure wash exterior and clean windows etc. Our techs are trained to the highest of standards so they are able to remove stickers, paint, cement, stucco, caulking, or any other type of debris off of windows without scratching the glass. We also use foam pads to walk on tile roofs to assure that no roof tiles will be broken.
